Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, services and agreements between Geert Bonamie, trading as Bonalogic, Beverenstraat 44A, 8810 Lichtervelde, Belgium, enterprise number 0882.046.437, and his clients.
1. Services
Bonalogic delivers digital services such as automation, AI solutions and systems integration. The exact assignment is set out in a quotation or agreement.
2. Quotations and prices
Quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. All prices exclude VAT. If the scope of the assignment changes during the work, the price is adjusted by mutual agreement before the additional work begins.
3. Delivery times
Stated delivery or completion times are indicative. Delay gives no right to compensation or cancellation unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment incurs default interest in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions, plus fixed compensation of 10% of the outstanding amount with a minimum of 150 euro.
If non-payment persists, further work may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.
5. Liability
Bonalogic is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the assignment concerned.
This limitation does not apply in the case of fraud, intentional fault or gross fault, nor to damage to life or health. Belgian law does not allow those to be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
All scripts, tools and documents developed by Bonalogic remain the intellectual property of Bonalogic unless agreed otherwise in writing. On full payment of the assignment the client receives a right to use the delivered work for the purpose it was made for.
7. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. See the privacy statement. If an assignment involves personal data for which the client is the controller, a separate data processing agreement is concluded for it.
8. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements. Any dispute falls exclusively to the courts of the judicial district of West Flanders, Bruges division.
